1. Is an online display board mandatory under MPCB/CPCB rules?
Yes. As per CPCB directives and various SPCBs (like MPCB, GSPCB, MPPCB), industries handling hazardous waste or emissions must install online display boards outside the factory gate to show pollution control parameters like effluent status, solid waste, stack emissions, and DG operation logs.

2. What kind of data should be shown on the LED display board?
The board typically shows:
- Air, water, and solid waste limits vs. actual values
- pH, TSS, Flow for STP/ETP, Stack emissions, and DG status
- Company name, site address, Consent number & validity
- Data in both local and English languages

3. Can your board connect with OCEMS, SCADA, PLC, or sensors?
Yes. Our display boards support:
- Manual data entry
- RS-485/Modbus sensor input
- API integration with SCADA/PLC or data loggers
4. Are these display boards approved by pollution control boards?
Yes. Boards are designed as per formats from CPCB and MPCB circulars (like GR dated January 13, 2020) and meet all required display conditions.
5. Can I install the board without internet or cloud?
Yes. The board works in offline mode:
- Via USB or Excel file upload
- LAN-based local updates
- No dependency on cloud or online portal required
6. Are multilingual displays supported?
Yes. We support Marathi, Hindi, English, and regional languages. Dual-language format (e.g., English + Marathi) is available as per GR.
7. What sizes and mounting options are available?
- Standard Sizes: 4ft height x 6ft width
- Mounting: 3 Feet from Gound
- Public : Eye Level
8. Is the board visible during day and night, rain or dust?
Yes. High-brightness outdoor LEDs ensure visibility in all conditions. IP65-certified body makes it water and dust-resistant.
9. Do you offer warranty, AMC, or service support?

- Optional AMC/CMC and on-call support model

10. How fast can installation be completed?
Installation is typically completed within 1 working day, including structure, wiring, data testing, and handover.

12. Can the board show real-time pollution values from analyzers?
Yes. The board can fetch real-time data from various online analyzers (flow meters, stack sensors, TSS/pH meters) via direct API or RS485 inputs.
